Such a joy to sing in the winery caves at Deerfield Ranch Winery in Glen Ellen with Del Sol.
The setting is serene and the sound is sensational. Doug Morton is the 1st chair for the trumpet of the Santa Rosa Symphony and The symphony supporters always call Doug to perform for their gala events. Luckily, Doug calls Del Sol
It is such a pleasure to play to a quiet, attentive audience. We explored new music which was well received. We got a little kooky with some old cha cha's which garnered some grins and applause.
We were able to reconnect with friends of the symphony and totally enjoy the evening.
We'll be playing for their Holiday concert series in Healdsburg in December.
